The Doberman breed long history began more than a hundred
years ago in the village of Apolda, Thuringen region, southern Germany, there lived
a man named Karl Frederic Louis Dobermann (1823-1894). Many versions of which
were written about the KFL. Dobermann. For example, about their daily work,
ranging from dog catcher, tax collectors, night watchmen and supervisors at the
local slaughterhouse. However, any real work, it can be said that the KFL. Doberman
feel the need for a reliable guard dog to accompany him. Please note that at the
time was not yet known standardization and classification of dog races. So it's
understandable that in the breed, KFL. Dobermann is more concerned with
character than the physicalform of the dog. Regardless of its physicalform,
stud and sires used in breeding can be selected from the many dogs, provided it
has the desired character and strong.
